Brian Hall is the Liberal Democrat County Councillor who represents Haywards Heath West on West Sussex County Council. He has lived in the town for about sixteen years and was formerly the leader of the local air scout troop. A graduate of Sussex University andLondon Business School Brian works in partnership with his brother in law Rob Coleman. Together they run a small trade publishing business from premises in "The Priory" in Haywards Heath.
