In the past I have been involved in IP, Frame Relay, integrated voice and data networking, connecting remote offices using ISDN, and a whole lot of other stuff.
I also supply and configure a range of WAN and LAN products such as Cisco routers, and am always happy to give advice on network designs (irrespective of where you buy your hardware!)
