WHERE ARE WE GOING?
'If there is no vision, the people perish.'  So wrote the author of the Book of Proverbs in the Old Testament.  Without vision we are doomed to failure.  And the vision we seek must be God's vision, not one of our own making. At the present time we are being guided by a vision of church growth, based on the enthusiasm and commitment of our congregation and a desire to make even greater use of our three church buildings.  Together we have a wealth of gifts and talents, and we need to discern more clearly how to use them in God's service.  We know that many of you are only able to worship with us on an occasional basis and that you lead busy and pressured lives, but we want you all to feel that you are valued members of our church family.
Please make sure that you keep in touch regularly with all that is going on in the parish.  Copies of 'Contact' (our weekly pew sheet) and 'Parish News' (our monthly magazine which is distributed to a thousand homes) contain all the information you need.  Many of our members now receive regular updates by email, and if this would be helpful simply let us know by emailing us.  There are many aspects of church life that people find mystifying, but we are always willing to try and explain what is going on.
