| Antidote to stress is to realise we
are functioning
people and what we bring to life is good; with new confidence we regulate the load we carry, make new friends and get in control of our own lives. |
| Since we are 'imperfect judges of our internal state' we don't easily recognise when we move into (what is for us) a stressful situation and all too easily take stimulants to get through; using Sorefeelings we can sense what's coming and avoid the danger; or if we deem it appropriate to go into that situation and at least be intelligent about the risk we run. |
